My Fitness Dilemma

Since I have had Allie (April 2008) I have worked out out maybe 5 times.  This is really sad for me, considering I used to work out 6 times a week and loved it.  So, I am thinking about buying these videos.  I will be earning a little spending money the next few weeks and want to use some of it for those.  Has anyone heard of this workout?  I have been reading lots of good reviews and am pretty excited about trying it.

Around here many, including our college age daughter are raving about Jillian somebody with a Shred something video...was that helpful??? LOL I think she's on that Biggest Loser show...not sure. Anyway, they're all raving about it...20 minutes.

Haha I <3 Grey Like Snuffle's comment! I also use Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred. It's about $10 and seriously gets the job done. I'm only about a week into the program but I already feel SO good. It's a very intense 20-minute daily workout. Should be easy to manage even with Allie running around.

I have heard good things about Jillian Michael's fitness DVDs, but I have heard that more for the sculpting/changing your body the Physique 57 is better. I don't really care as much if I lose any weight as I do about toning my flabby muscles :) But, I also don't want to bulk up too much. Thanks for sharing! Let me know if you hear anything else!

Okay, so I have a few addictions . . . all of which are healthy. One is decorating. Two is fitness. I have actually considered a blog on fitness but I don't think I'd have enough time. Jillian's DVDs are great! I have a few. I am a big believer in weights though. It is REALLY, REALLY difficult for women to 'bulk up.' I lift pretty heavy, but have a small frame and am NOT bulky! Good luck! Email me if you want - I am totally obsessed.
