I am trying to decide if I need a maxi skirt or dress...they seem to be popping up everywhere and sure do look comfy.

YES, you definitely need a maxi skirt or dress, Jess. You're a happening girl so you cannot be caught without one. Look at Mary Kate & Ashley's line, The Row, for ideas...they're small like you and look fabulous in these styles. Just go for it!! xx's
