Eco Natural Soap Review and Giveaway

Alicia and her husband, Alan, introduced themselves to me a little while ago.  Here is what they said:

The Lord has really blessed us in this endeavor, we have over forty local retail locations that sell our products and Whole Foods contacted us recently and said that they had tried all of our products and loved them and want to sell them at Whole Body. I am not telling you this to brag in any way only to give God all of the glory for this great victory!"  

They were so sweet to let me try a few of their products.  I don't know about all of you, but I love the look of pretty soaps to display in my bathroom:

Here is the thing with these soaps though; they not only are pretty, but they have amazing results.  Here are the products they sent me and what they do:

Tepezcohuite face bar and balm:

The Bar cleans and “un-clogs” sebaceous glands by addressing the body’s sebum output with natural oils instead of the traditional alpha-hydroxy acid approach, which dries out your skin’s natural oils. The Bentonite clay deep cleans pores, removing dirt and impurities while absorbing dead skin, pimples and blemishes resulting in accelerated clearing and nourishing of the skin. The Tepezcohuite kills bacteria and soothes irritated skin. You should read some of our customer’s testimonies on the bar.  This is a hard, long lasting bar that produces generous lather. The Tepezcohuite bark powder in this face bar is a much finer particulate size than the exfoliating bar and is suitable for application to the face.

 
This balm is designed to work in conjunction with the Tepezcohuite Acne & Troubled Skin Bar, but can be used as a stand alone treatment as well. The soap and balm 2 stage treatment allows the active ingredients to stay in contact with the affected skin all day. This will produce quicker results than either product used singly.  This formula can go under make-up. It can be used anywhere on the body. It only takes a tiny dab of this concentrated balm to make a difference.  It has been formulated for acne, psoriasis, eczema and rosacea, but it will improve the overall health and appearance of all skin.

Sensitive Skin & Bikini Line Shaving Bar

This bar was formulated to produce the smoothest, closest shave obtainable. It contains specific skin nurturing ingredients to help eliminate the irritation, redness, bumps and rashes associated with shaving sensitive skin areas. It is perfect for under arms, inner thighs, bikini lines, etc. You will notice when using, the skin is extremely slick and your hair is softened and easy for razor to cut.

Luscious Lips All Natural Lip Balmhis balm is non-greasy and fast absorbing, but nurtures the unique skin of your lips for hours. It can be worn under lipstick and actually helps to keep out some of the bad ingredients in most lipsticks. It is very long lasting.  Most commercial lip products like Chapstick, Carmex actually contain ingredients that are considered drying agents; glycols, alcohols or camphor. Some use lanolin (Burt’s Bees)as a moisturizer. Lanolin is is a yellow waxy substance secreted by the sebaceous glands of wool-bearing animals, mostly sheep. These ingredients actually dry your lips and cause you to use the product over and over and over for relief and yet, you still have dry lips. Many customers tell us they were literally addicted to their lip products until they started to use ours. It is because in addition to the drying agents most lip balms like; Chapstick, Carmex, Blistex and Neutrogena are just petrolatum (vaseline) which is made from crude oil. The original intended use for petrolatum was to lubricate metal machinery parts (pressure grease). It seals off your skin from oxygen and moisture, like you covered your lips with saran wrap! NOT GOOD! Your lips, like all the rest of your body’s skin, must be able to expel toxins and breathe in new oxygen. When you seal it with petrolatum, you just stopped the normal flow.

 To me, they just seem to have done their research.  A lot about their products just makes sense.
