A Playroom for the Kids

This winter has been pretty mild here in Utah, but even so, we still have only been outside a few times.  For a three-year old this is torture, and has her mom scrambling for new things to do during the day.  I would LOVE to have a big playroom for my kids one day with all sorts of room to run around play.  Here is my idea of the dream playroom:

A place for Allie's dress-up clothes:

Family pictures on the walls:

Fun alphabet letters:

Possibly some cute garland:

A table to do crafts and art projects, along with shelves, drawers, and a big bulletin board or something to hang all their artwork on (maybe even a big chalkboard)

A reading nook:

Some fun ottomans to sit on:

And a big comfy couch:

What would your dream playroom include?  I am sure I am forgetting some things...

I've been playing with the idea of a chalkboard wall. I think you have some great ideas though!

You've got some fantastic ideas so far! What about a little kitchen area, and some science things like a wall with different textures on it?

My sun has a little bunting banner in his room. I absolutely love it!
